Sina Stübig, graduate psychologist, is one of the founding partners of Stübig & Mischer. She studied psychology and communication at the Technical University of Darmstadt and RWTH Aachen University. Following a role in personnel marketing, she worked at Sourisseaux Partners Corporate Psychologists as a consultant from 2006 to 2013, then as a partner from 2014 to 2019. In parallel, she was engaged as a lecturer for psychological diagnostics at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences for several years. Sina Stübig holds the license for job-related aptitude diagnostics in accordance with DIN 33430 (License E for aptitude diagnosticians) and is a certified coach (Deutscher Coaching Verband e.V.). She is also certified for the Hogan Assessments and Facet5 personality test procedures.

Maike Mischer, graduate psychologist, is one of the founding partners of Stübig & Mischer. She studied psychology and economics at the University of Bremen. After working in corporate human resources at KAEFER Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, she was employed at Sourisseaux Partners Corporate Psychologists as a consultant from 2012 to 2019. In addition to her work at Stübig & Mischer, she has been engaged as a lecturer for differential psychology and psychological diagnostics at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences since 2021. Maike Mischer holds the license for job-related aptitude diagnostics in accordance with DIN 33430 (License E for aptitude diagnosticians). She is also certified for the Hogan Assessments and Facet5 personality test procedures.

Harald Schmidt, graduate psychologist, has more than 15 years of experience as a business psychologist. Before becoming a consultant and trainer, he gained management experience during ten years as a manager in the media and marketing sectors, among others as the managing director of a trade organization in the UK. He was able to develop his consulting expertise acquired during ten years in organizational and team development further during his MBA specializing in systemic organizational development at Augsburg University’s Center for Continuing Education & Knowledge Transfer. Harald Schmidt is a certified Barrett Values Center Consultant and uses the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) to analyze and develop values within companies. He is also a certified coach for the Leadership Circle’s development-oriented 360-degree leadership analysis.

Prof. Dr. Katja Stilz, graduate psychologist, is a consultant for management diagnostics and development as well as a coach. She additionally works as a professor within the business psychology program at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences. Prior to this, she laid the foundations for her professional practice during her many years as an executive for management selection and development at a DAX company active in the ICT industry. She played a decisive role here in shaping group-wide processes and standards, and led in-house operational service centers for management diagnostics and development.

Louisa Heusel completed her bachelor’s degree (BSc) in business psychology at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Mainz University. She provides project support at Stübig & Mischer, and assists with assessment and development centers as well as with data analyses and evaluations.
